B&Bs in Siracusa, Noto, and Ragusa Sicily?

We are considering staying at B&Bs in Siracusa, Noto and Ragusa around 11/17 to 11/26. Two adults and one child (this extra person forecloses one room B&B accommodations in the U.S. frequently. Is this an issue in Sicily?) Here is what we have read about but we would love Fodorite input and recommendations. We read nice things about Alla Giudecca and Ares in Siracusa. In Ragusa, Locando Don Serafino is recommended by Rough Guide. In Noto, Centro Storico is recommended by Rough Guide. A recommended hotel is Fontanella. As the dates show, we are late planners which may make it difficult to fulfill the B&B desire given limited numbers of rooms. Thanks.

Casa Talía in Modica has a little garden area which could be a plus. It's easy to communicate by email with the owner whose English is quite good.

I'm planning a trip to Sicily for next year and I understand that staying in Ortigia is preferable to Siracusa. An inn I'm considering is the Ortigia Seaview which has been recommended on this site and on tripadvisor.

Ortigia is part of Siracusa, and both Alla Giudecca and Ares are in Ortigia.

As is Palazzo del Sale:

It can add a third bed, and if the child is under 10, only 50% of the rate for the additional bed will be charged.

Sicily is not overrun in late November. You should have no difficulty finding accommodation.

We recently stayed in Il Barocco( www.ilbarocco.it )in Ragusa and liked it very much. It was cheaper than Locando Don Serafino- we paid 80 euros for a room but I'm afraid that I don't know if their rooms take 3.

Thanks for the recommendations. We booked Palazzo del Sale. Given our short trip, I have realized Noto needs to be a stop on the way between Siracusa and Ragusa, so no need for recommended accommodations there!

We just returned from Sicily. We stayed 4 night in Ortigia, at Corte degli Angeli. Very good location, very nice decorated house and rooms, good breakfast. We paid 70 Euro for a double room. The owner is a very kind and nice person.
We visited Noto as a day trip (by bus). In Ortigia is a free shuttle bus to Siracusa, it run each 10 minutes and in 10 minutes you are in Siracusa. We used it often, to go to central bus station in Siracusa or to go to Archeological Park in Siracusa.

In Ragusa, L'Orto sul Tetto will add a third bed:
