We prepare now our trip to Nord italy, and we would prefer to stay in nice B&B or pensions, central location, in Stresa, verona and Bologna.
Can sombody make some suggestions?

In Verona I suggest you LA RESIDENZA VERONA HOUSE www.veronahouse.com
In Bologna I suggest you the B&B BLUE ANGEL, in the center of the town, only three rooms, very nice.
I have a suggestion for Stresa, too, but good only if you have a car and, in this case, not central location.

if you have not yet booked your accommodation, I suggest you in Bologna an apartment, 60 sqmt completely independent and centrally located, few steps from the Two Towers with 2 large beds.

We liked the B&B Miramonte in Bologna. The room shown on the web site must be on the ground floor. The rest is absolutely modern.
