B&B or Inn with a waterfall on property? Anyone know of one?

Several years ago, on one of the travel shows on TV, there was a lovely inn or B&B highlighted with a gorgeous waterfall on the property. Anyone have any ideas what it might be? I'm 99% sure it was in the southern half of Ireland as it was one of the first times I thought of going specifically to that area.

And we might.....in fall of 2008!

Thanks

On our first trip to Ireland in 98 we spent our first night at the lawless Hotel in Co. Wicklow. It is an older place with a Pub on the first floor and floors that have a little slant to them. The place was spotless and the bed was big and fluffy and there was a stream running next to it with a waterfall that lulled you to sleep. It was about 5 miles west of Arklow. Its probably not the place your thinking of but I still remember after a long flight what a good nights rest it was. Have been back to Ireland every year since but not there so I don"t know about now. Have fun.

Lawless ( love the name!) looks like it might be a good place to stay the first night after a long flight if we fly into Dublin. Old slanted floors, a fluffy bed and a stream do it for me. Supposedly good food also? Did you base there or just travel through?

The place with the waterfall I remember as a large "farmhouse" out in the country. I think you could see this waterfall from the house. It was fairly tall, tumbling out of a bright green hill.

I can't resist on this one. . .

You don't to leave the US (presuming you live there). For indoor, natural beauty, try the Opryland hotel in Nashville. Many waterfalls and it's all climate controlled!

I had already checked Waterfall Lodge, that was not it. Nor is it Waterfalls House B&B.

Went to the website for Sheen Falls Lodge. WHOA! What a GORGEOUS place!. But when I saw the prices I was glad that it was not the place I am looking for either!

Another thought. It was quite a large waterfall, and I was wondering if my memory is wrong, that you could just see a waterfall from the B&B/Inn, that it was not on the property. It was very hilly/low mountains.

Thanks IrishEyes for the possibilities.

It's not Waterfall House. I looked at Laragh Mountain View Lodge a few times as the waterfall looks somewhat similar, although I remember the view somewhat differently.

I remember the house as a larger 2-story farmhouse, nestled in trees, and out the back you looked into a small green valley with the waterfall coming out of the green hills in the distance. It was an "ohmygodI'vegottostaythere" moment.

Also, I'm sure it was in the southern part of Ireland, not north of Dublin. Made my mind up then that my husband and I had to go to the SW of Ireland.

I also have the vague feeling that it was near a town that sounded like another town, like Kilkenny and Killarney.

Maybe the detail I'm wrong about is that the waterfall was on the property. Maybe you could walk to a waterfall fairly close by?

Any other ideas?
