B&B in Tuscany with cooking classes

I want to stay in Tuscany, probably somewhere in the Chianti region for 4-5 nights and take a cooking class on the premises. Anyone know of any good places?

If you are interested in an agriturismo that has a basic (good) 5 hr cooking class, we stayed at one a few years ago in Panzano.
