B&B GUIDE

Can someone advise how to obtain a B&B guide for Ireland? I checked the Irish Tourist Board website and did not see one listed.
We are planning on a week in March - how is the weather that time of year?

I was just browsing at my bookstore and saw two. (Sorry, I don't remember the titles--I just put their existence in memory for my someday-trip to Ireland.) Have you tried your favorite bookstore? Have you tried Amazon.com? I just went there (Travel->Europe->Ireland->General). They came up with 693 books, but in the first 75 I found three: Fromer's Ireland from $760 a Day (which should have lots of B&Bs listed); AAA 2001 Britain B&B Guide; and B&B Ireland. I should imagine there are more if you are willing to look further down the list. Have fun looking! :)

Anyone?

Topping, I'm confused. Last time I looked I was a someone. Maybe not a Someone with a capital S, but a someone nevertheless. And I thought I gave a fairly adequate as to where Vicki can get at least 3 books on B&Bs in Ireland. What did I do wrong to raise your ire?

Try Karen Brown's B & B guide to Ireland. In your bookstore or on the web at www.karenbrown.com

Hi Vicki,
The website www.commerce.ie/towns_and_country offers a great catalog of B&B in Ireland. I've worn my 1999 version out. Also www.ireland-withpatpreston.com has great info. Good luck!

I called the Irish tourist bureau this spring and they sent me a great package with a thick book full of b&bs. I believe you can request it at 1 800- 223-6470.
