Azores mid March
 

Hi All-
We are planning a last minute trip and I am looking for advice. We are active, older adults.
Our itinerary so far:
3/12 JFK-Ponta Delgarda arr 3/13 early AM
3/13-3/16 Sao Miguel/Ponta Delgarda with a rental car
3/16 Ponta Delgarda-Terciera 8:20 am non stop flight
3/17 Tercieira to Pico 9:20am non stop flight
3/18 Pico - Faial 8 PM Ferry
3/20 Faial-Lisbon 10:40 am non stop flight
3/24 Lisbon-Newark

Sao Miguel- Any suggestions on what to do/see?
Terceira- We plan on doing an all day guided tour of Terceira. I figure this is the best way to see the highlights of the island since we only have one day.
Pico- My boyfriend may attempt to do the MT Pico climb. I would not. Maybe I would do a vineyard tour?
Faial-Not sure what we want to do.

Any recommendations/suggestions would be appreciated. Are we trying to do too much in too short a time? Is this an unreasonable schedule?
