I am currently in Avignon to get my annual dose of the festival. Within the ramparts of course, it is more crowded than any of the tourist areas of Paris which I try to avoid. But since I am a tourist here, hey no problem!

Hi Kerouac, Sorry to reply so late to your post of those wonderful photos! We have a similar festival here in South Africa but I have never been as it is during the cold winter months ( almost anyday now). I am going to try and post you a little insight when it starts. Just for fun.
