Loved the photos. Have to tell you that there are two Dr. Who episodes that I never tire of seeing. One is "Blink" and the other is "Vincent and the Doctor." Can't tell you how many times I've seen them both.

seems Vincent's death could have been prevented by proper medical attention then available but not used!

Thank you for linking the trip report, it's beautiful and I'm a fan of Van Gogh as well. Might have to consider going.. but then it will be in winter at this time, no?

It's not just Van Gogh but Cezanne and other Impressionists too that worked and lived here.

The charm will be different in winter, but there will still be charm. I must admit, though, that I was really happy to be there when the wheat fields were perfect.
