Austria - Vienna Airport to Hotel

We are two adults and two kids (9 years and 4.5 years) going to Austria for the first time. We are reaching Vienna airport around 2:30 PM and we are staying at Hilton Vienna Plaza. What is the best, and economical way to reach the hotel. Will we need to buy tickets for kids also

Also, Which Station should we take while taking train from Vienna to Salzburg. When we try to see on Oebb, there are so many Wien stations. Please advise which one should we select which is closest to the Hotel and also from where we can take the train to Salzburg.

THanking in anticipation

The train station for Vienna- Salzburg is the Westbahnhof..

www.oebb.at

and the new Westbahn

www.westbahn.at

this very convenient as you can buy the ticket on the trai from staff . No reservations needed

While the above given site provides some information, it is much out of date , especially for prices.

Most convenient is the reserved taxi service . This is fast reliable about 32 euro now for your family

choice of firms

ww.airportdriver.at

www.ck-airportservice.at

www.redcab.at

using public transport for example S Bahn reuires 2 or more changes of conveyance . this not really the best

Thanks a ton.

When we see on OEBB from Vienna to Salzburg
We see fares with 'clover leaf' symbol, does that mean, this is most economical fare. It shows a fare of Euro 38 for four of us with a clover leaf.
Will this fare go up on the day of travel.
If yes, then should I buy it now.
Pl advise
