Austria Eagle's Nest Tours in Winter

Has anyone had any luck locating a tour company that provides tours of the Eagle's Nest in the winter (specifically December/January)? Everything I've found states it's only available May-Oct. Please let me know if you have alternate information. Thx!

:)

The Eagle's Nest (Kehlsteinhaus) is closed in winter. It's open only May - Oct. The Documentation Center in Obersalzberg is open in winter on shorter hours. Not really worth just seeing the little museum.

Dang it! I figured that was the case, but you're probably right that it's not worth going all the way there for the tiny museum. We'll just have fun in Salzburg instead, and I suppose we'll have to go back :-p

I'm confused. Isn't the Eagle's Nest in Germany? Or is there another one?

Yes the Eagles's Nest is in Germany, but it's only about 15 miles from Salzburg.

OK. I was referring mainly to the title of the original post.
