August in Malta
 

I'm interested to visit Malta in August this year for 5 nights and stay in Valletta. Can anyone who experienced Valletta suggest anywhere suitable to stay and the most importants attractions to visit?

I've only been to Malta once and it was years ago so probably can't help much when it comes to accommodations. But a couple of must see's near Valletta for me would be the Ħaġar Qim temples and Blue Grottos which are about 10 miles south of Valletta on the other side of the island, and St John's Cathedral in the city (amazing interior).

Hot and busy
