Hello! I have a question. I have noticed that regardless of where you're flying from to Russia all flights departure only 3 times per week; Tues.,Thurs,Sunday.is there
a reason for this.? I'm in Seatlle and I though it was only Aeroflot, but I also check Klm from Amsterdan and is the same. Also, could you kindly, give me some info. about the river cruises from St.Peters to Moscow and which comp. you would recommend. I have always wanted to go to Russia is like the dream place to go, but the safety issue has always concern me. I would like to go next July 06. My regards. |

Thanks, I will.

I'd lived in USSR for 38 years, and have no clue why only 3 departures. Maybe not enough passengers for every day flight?
If you find out please let us all know :) |
All of the European airlines fly to Russia through their gateway cities; most at least 1-2 a day. It is often the case when using services such as Expedia and Travelocity (and even some airline sites such as BA) that you can't easily see valid connecting flights, especially to Russia (which is why it pays to use a travel agent to some destinations).
