ATMs on Santorini

Hello all,
I read on one of the recent posts specifically for Mykonos that the ATMs on the island only allow a 4 digit PIN. Does that apply to Santorini as well? How about Athens? Thanks!

All the ATMs on Santorini that I've used only take a 4-digit pin. I can't speak for them all, but this also goes for the ones in Athens I've used.

mc10,

For Ireland also.

As far as I know, everywhere in Europe requires a 4 digit pin.

A four digit pin is standard in Europe. It must be all numbers - there are no letters on the keypad. Remember to advise your bank and credit card issuers of your travel plans before you begin your trip.

Thank you all. I'm glad I found out before heading out to Greece!
