atms in spain?

My friend is going on a 19 day cruise that starts in Madrid Spain. Will he be able to find a ATM/cash machine at all the major ports along the way?

There is an ATM every 30 feet in Spain. ((F))

First established en masse for the Barcelona Olympics, yes there are ATMs every 30 feet.
