Thanks, Mermaid. Just got a reply from Guilia, but it's not the apartment I requested, nor one I'm interested in. What's the best strategy to avoid a back and forth of endless e-mails? Thanks!

I wrote to them recently and they got back to me with an available apartment within 48 hours. However, I responded back to them asking if they had anything larger, or slightly more deluxe, and never heard from them again. I guess that means they didn't have anything else? Who knows.

sera, that's what happened to us, too. I wanted an apartment that wasn't available. Guilia sent us a list of what was available (it wasn't a very large list) and from that we picked what we liked the best. Just tell her how many bedrooms you need and what time frame and she'll take it from there.
