Athens hotels?
 

Are there any nice hotels in the airport area? We must catch an early flight and need a resting place after the Parthenon. Any idead would be helpful. Thank you.

Since the Athens Airport it's new there is nothing else in the area except the Sofitel Athens Airport hotel.<BR>When you say early, what time do you mean ? if it's before 7 in the morning stay in Athens, since you can take a taxi and be at the airport with no traffic at about 30 minutes (from downtown), same if its after 9 at night.<BR>

Our flight leaves at 5:45am . If you don't suggest the sofitel. What hotel in Athens (Plaka) would offer the best service to make sure we make our flight. Thanks for the input.
