It is about 3 miles out of arundel, there is no public transport so you would need a car or cab, I stayed there a few months ago and it is very nice. Also try the norfolk arms in the centre of arundel, or these two are good.

I was also going to recommend the Burpham Country House, but it will run well over your budget of £120 for 3. Same w/ Arundel House.
