Why would anyone want to day trip to gritty Argenteuil - to see some Monet picture location? Dog and cat cemetery?

I don't think they have a tourism office, which might tell you something. I haven't been there, but you can get there by RER suburban train. I actually went by it once, I was going to Pontoise.
