Are there any shower rooms in Paris train stations?

Hello everyone.....I was planning to go to switzerland via paris by train form london.....I wanted to stop in paris just for the day and sightsee before I got into the train to go to switzerland.....are there any showers in paris train stations where the eurorail stops and will i be able to check in my luggage for a few hours somewhere? Any ideas?

There is no "Eurorail" in Paris. French stations are run by SNCF. From London, you'll arrive at the Gare du Nord; for Switzerland, you'll leave from the Gare de l'Est or Gare de Lyon. I don't know whether any Paris stations have showers (I can't remember seeing any), but the stations have left luggage offices.

gare du nord has a McClean pay toilet/shower facility that is hard to miss. i suspect all main stations have the same.
