Are the walks in the Rick Steeves Paris good or do you suggest any others?

I have taken the Rick Steves' walks in Paris, London, Rome, Florence and Venice. I think they are excellent.

I'm planning on taking Degas' St. Germaine de Pres (sp?) in Paris next month.
