Are my choices for Italy hotels okay?

I have decided on all of my hotels for my honeymoon in Italy in August 2005. Any information on any of them would be great. I haven't gone through with booking any of them yet.
Tuscany: La Saracina 3 days
Rome: The Daphne Inn 3 days
Positano: La Tartana 3 days
Capri: Mamela 2 days

Any info would be great! Thanks so much!!

Have you checked on www.tripadvisor.com for guest reviews of hotels?

Yes thank you I have. that is actually how I located all of my hotels. I just like the advice on this site, so I thought I'd get some more reassurance on my choices.
Thanks!

Yes, I like your first 3 choices--do not know the Capri one. Look like a very nice trip. Congrats !

I seem to remember hearing some bad things about The Daphne Inn, so maybe look that name up on this board....

I looked into the Daphne at a time when I was hoping to find lodgings around $100 USD per night. There is a theme among the B & Bs in Rome (if you read enough Tripadvisor comments) that emerges: namely, that they feel free to move you around at will. They pack you up and move your room within the same facility or even to another one.
