Hey, Degas, it's several years later, so 'fess up and tell us if you were "Guy." Sure sounded like your sort of adventures. (I'm trying to train my "ear" to recognize the written "voice.")

I hereby confess that I was guy. I haven't been back to Fodors in a long time, but just posted a question and had the idea of seeing if my old Magdalena creation was still here. And there it was. I'm still a struggling writer, still waiting for my break. Never did write a true bodice-ripper, but maybe I should. Creating the Magdalena series was a delight, and the response of my fellow Fodorites was heady. Thanks.
