Apartments in Rome - any recommendations?

We will be in Rome for 5 days in April and are looking for an apartment for 5 adults. Can anyone provide a recommendation for an apartment or for a rental company? Any advice is appreciated!

Last June we stayed at Borgo Pio 2000 Cesar. It's located in a great area just two hundred meters from St. Peter's square. It had airconditioning, large bedrooms, etc. I would highly recommend this. Just search Borgo Pio 2000 and you should find it.

I rented an apartment two years ago in Rome through www.sleepinitaly.com. Their prices seemed to be lower for some apartments which were available on other websites for higher rent.

Try looking at Romeby.com they have some good apartments right near the Pantheon.

We rented the St. Peter Apartment through www.comfortitalia.com. It has two bedrooms and 2 baths and would accomodate 5 if someone slept on the sofa. It has a washer, no dryer, about 3-4 blocks to the vatican and about 5 blocks to the river. No view. We liked it very much.
