Apartments in Pienza
 

I'm looking for an apartment for 4 in Pienza. I have found a number of apartments in agriturismas, but they are outside the city. I've tried the slowtrav listings, but again they are all outside the city. (Perhaps this is a hint!) Any suggestions would be welcome.

Our closest friends have an apt within the walls of San Quirico - just 15 mins west of Pienza. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs (with shower), and another bedroom downstairs (with shower & washer/dryer). There is also a very large private garden with tables, herbs you can pick, etc. They rent it out by the week when they are not there. Pienza is cuter than San Quirico, but if I wanted to stay in 1 place or the other for a week and enjoy small village life in Italy - I would choose San Quirico.

I stayed in Pienze in May in a 2 bedroom apt - right in town. It was delightful. Garden with table and chairs in front and very quiet. Here's the link.
