Apartments in London and Paris

Looking for a nice, but inexpensive apartment for family of six for 4 days in London and 4 days in Paris this summer. Also, where is the best part of the city to stay and use as a home base for 4 days?

Is "inexpensive" $100 US per night? $200?

Price range is between $200 and $250 for entire family and would love to find something for around $150 per night when possible.

i am doing the same, only for two people. i have looked on lodgis.com and found very reasonable places in the 400-500 range per week. i also checked beau-paris.com which has apartments rented by owners. i am a novice at this, who knows what i am getting into. my main concern is the neighborhood. i found a nice studio in the 4th on rue de sevigne that is small but reasonable, but i am still looking. keep me posted with your search.

For Paris, definitely visit www.vrbo.com which has over 300 apartments for rent by their owners!
