Apartment rentals in Nice, France?
 

Looking for an apartment rental for 1 person in Nice. I prefer very near ocean & very near to old town.

Take a look at nicepebbles.com. I have never stayed there but will when I go back to Nice. The studio has good reviews in TA.

Thanks..any other suggestions? I am specifically looking for in or very near old town & preferably w/balcony & ocean view, for 1 person..Am I asking too much?

Did you post this inquiry in TA Nice forum? I am not an expert in Nice, just been there several times. I think a studio, with ocean view and near old town, will not be easy to find.

I had a quick look holiday-rentals.com (a rental-by-owner site). They list 224 properties in Nice, 108 of which are studios or one-bedroom apartments; perhaps one of those will fit your needs. Another by-owner site to check is www.frenchconnections.co.uk .
