Apartment rental in Paris

Has anyone used the service www.vacationinparis for securing an short term apartment in rental? They have great rates but I'd like to hear from someone who has had rental experience with them. They operate out of New Jersey. Thanks for any information you can share.

Hi there,

I have a rental booked through them - going Sept 20-27th. Jan was a joy to deal with, extremely professional and very helpful. Never seemed to tire of my stupid questions. A co-worker of mine had rented an apartment from them in the past (last year?) and was pleased. I will post a trip report when I come back in October.

We rented the two bedroom "Place des Victoires" apartment from www.vacationinparis and were quite happy with the service and apartment. They were helpful about getting us extra keys for the apartment, which was useful since the three adults (and two kids) in our family had different schedules. The apartment is on Rue Herold, a quiet, block-long street in the 1st about a ten minute walk from the Louvre. We would definitely rent from them again.

I've just rebooked for 12 days next summer the same apartment we were in for a week this year on St. Germain, next to Buci and Seine. It is a single apartment privately owned by a US citizen who was great to deal with! After studying hundreds of apartments we chose this one and were glad we did. Among other amenities is the fact that it is quite large and it is air-conditioned! Look at www.sant.com and see if you are interested.
