Apartment rental in Paris

I'm going to stay a month in Paris and I am considering renting one of these apartments. Have you stayed in any of these?

Some have good reviews others dont. And I liked the one that doesnt have any review. So any help will be appreciated. Thank you!

20 sq meters was small to us and some of these are 17.

I have stayed in this very tiny apartment but would like a little more room sharing with my husband.

Looks like you do not mind a smaller space, so take a look at the place my niece rented while taking a summer course and loved - http://www.vrbo.com/311242

flpab,
Thank you for sending another option! Ideal for one person (my case)! I will consider it, though I prefer on the 5th or 6th arrondisement because it will be near the school. Anyway I am still looking and since there is a metro nearby nothing is far! :)

I suggest you make sure it is a LEGAL rental whatever property you look at.
