You've posted this in the UK branch - you're more likely to get a reply if you post it again in 'Austria'.

actually, you somehow posted it under every country including Austria. So no need to re-post.

I looked it up and if it is the one on Singerstrasse you are just fine. Looks to be a standard type apt with small kitchen, typical of the type we have rented before. Singerstrasse is close in and the neighborhood is no problem. Looks like a pretty good price as well! Enjoy and give a report on the place when you return.

Operaman is correct to my knowledge and gives good advice.
This is a relatively newly renovated place in the center of the city- very near to Stephansdom- good for perhaps not more than 2 people-
Walking distance to many major tourist sights, many good restaurants nearby.

It is also convenient to the U- Bahn lines 1 and 3 also bus 1 and 2 A.

On the same street - Singerstrasse , you will find several other Apartment places too. Also markets- Billa is one such place to buy food items very close by.

I have stayed here a number of times and liked it very much. It is small but well furnished and very clean.

The owner is English and very helpful.

The location is great.

We have also come across this apartment and hope to stay there for 4 or 5 nights in May. Please keep me posted on your experience with the owners and apartment :-)
Many Thanks, and I hope you have a nice trip to Vienna!
