Apartment in Paris
 

Im looking for a place to rent for a week in Paris. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would prefer to have a place within walking distance of the Louvre. Thanks for your help!

Yes, just 300 meters away.

Were you satisfied with your rental? I'm considering renting through this management company (I saw it advertised on girlsguide to paris website), but I haven't seen many reviews from fodorites.

Is there a similar website for Rome, Italy? Would like to rent one for a week too.

We rented an apartment through www.myparisvisit.com in Sept 2009 and it was great. They were easy to work with and everything was very smooth. Would use them again.

teapotmamma - we used http://www.romepower.com/ in Sept 2007 to rent in Rome and would use them again. They offer lots of variety. For your large group you will most likely need more than 1 apartment so maybe sending an email with your requiremnts might be easier.
