Anywhere to run in Granada?

My daughter is an avid runner and so I try to build runs into our vacations. In other cities in Spain that we're visiting, I've managed to find information on runner friendly places. I'm not really finding any information about Granada. Lorca park seems too small. I see there is a river running through the town. Does anyone know if there is a promenade that may run by it? Any other suggestions for runner-friendly areas of the city?

All I can offer is - there is paved footpath beside the Rio Genil for maybe 3 kms. in the city and then out into the country. Whether google mapping or similar will help you....

...should read - continuous paved footpath.

Make sure she watches out for the wild wombats that lie in wait for the unsuspecting tourist/runner.
