Anyone used easycar rental?

I have booked a flight on easyjet website and clicked on the easycar rental site. For a Mercedes class A it was about half the cost then to rent a Renault on other sites. I was wondering if anyone has used easycar?

Thanks

My husband and I rented a car through easycar.com in Spain two years ago. It was great! No hassle, lower prices, easy pickup and drop off in Barcelona. We would definitely recommend them and use them again. Note - the only way to rent from them is through the internet.

Haven't rented with them, but have heard good things. Just so you're aware, those Mercedes A class are very tiny.

They rent one type of car and only with limited mileage included. So if you can use a small car and are not driving great distances, they are convenient and inexpensive.

BUT the extra mileage fees REALLY add up fast. So if you can keep below their mileage limits - terrific. But if you are planning a lot of driving and excede the limits, it will likely be cheaper to rent elsewhere.

We used easycar last month. Rented in Paris and drove to Beaune. Tried to get them to let me drop the car off in Nice because of an air traffic controllers strike in Paris on June 19th. Absolutely must be dropped off at same location you picked up your car. Also, those Mercedes have three signs on the car advertising easycar. Definitely will not use them again.

Rented from EasyCar in Paris about a month ago and I wouldn't use them again. The service there was terrible (Place de Vendome); it took us over an hour and a half to get out of the lot with the the car. There was some confusion over our credit card, we had reserved using one and then they required us to change it to the drivers credit card. The website never stated the card had to be in the driver's name. Instead of the staff being about to change this, we were directed to use the website (while at the rental office) which was somewhat difficult to navigate. We were assured both cards would not be charged for the rental but in fact both were.

I also agree about the charges adding up due to the limited milage. There were also some extra unexplained charges on my friend's card as well (both cards weren't even charged the same amount).

Just a note about the stickers... While we were waiting, a man returned his car and said that the 3 stickers were stolen and he was charged $150 euro...
