Anyone use Parisianflat.com?
I found this site on the internet and they have about 5 aparments you can rent from, and I'm looking at one of them for a possible trip.
Has anyone used this company, and like to share there experience? |
I used them in November. Rented the Rue Madame flat and have to say my husband and I were quite pleased. Fantastic neighborhood and the owner met us upon arrival. On previous trips we've stayed at the Hotel Bel Ami which is similar in decor to this flat - modern, clean feel. Cheaper too! I would certainly recommend them.

Helrot... thank for the post. Did you have to pay for a deposit to confirm you reservation? I'm not to trilled about paying $600, and I wanted to know if anyone used the company first.
Were planning to stay in the Rue Casimir Perier apartment in St.Germain/Invaildies area |
No they didn't require the deposit. We just paid for the flat in full prior to leaving.

Anyone else use this company?

Helrot:
I am planning to rent the same flat. Glad to hear about the neighborhood -- we were a bit concerned. I have a few questions...if you don't mind. How close is the nearest bakery and/or cafe? We were also concerned about paying so much money in advance. Do you mean you paid the entire rental before you left the US or at the end of your stay in Paris? If you have any other comments, tips, etc. about this rental, we would very much appreciate them! Thank you. |
Helrot:
One more question -- how far of a walk is the Metro from the apartment. |
Anna1013: Did you ever stay at the Casimir Perier apartment through Parisian flat? If so, I'd love to hear about it: how near to bakery, grocery, bus, restaurants? Thanks!

Hello,
I realize I'm resurrecting an old thread, but I'm in the midst of trying to find an apartment and have been checking out this company .... and I see that my question echoes elsiejune's. Anyone ever rent this apartment from parisianflat.com (Casimir Perier)? If so, what did you think? |
