Anyone use Hotelink in London?

I used Hotelink last summer, flying into Heathrow from Spain. I had reserved by email before I left the States. It all worked out fine, though I didn't realize I was to look for employees wearing blue blazers. I spent a good 1/2 hour wandering around looking for their desk, or vans parked outside. When I finally was connected, the van dropped off one party of 3 then I had the van to myself. Very nice driver.

Used them a couple of times. The vans can be very crowded, and it may take some time to get to your hotel (depending on where you get placed on the drop-off list). I would say they were very reliable and wouldn't hesitate to make use of them again - However, depending on where your hotel is located and the amount of luggage you have, it is just as easy to take the tube or express train into town.

Hello Anne. Hotelink was part of a package we booked. The day we arrived they were obviously unprepared for the huge number of people they had to deliver. Our luggage was misplaced so we were late in meeting at their pick-up point. There were around 100 people waiting. They had been there almost 1 hour. We then were separated into groups and loaded onto busses. The driver was slightly confused about where certain hotels were located so we did spend some time just driving around<BR>and talking on the cell until he decided he was in the right spot. We finally got to our hotel almost 4 hours after landing. The return to the hotel went without a hitch. In short, I couldn't recommend this group unless you enjoy wasting valuable vacation time. Hope this helps. Sonya
