Kerouac is here on Fodors and has recently opined on posts in the France section. Brotherleelove as well, over in the Greek equivalent. St. Cirq is another LP cross-over. I am trying to sell her our Komodo Dragon lizard.
Zebec is here too. He recently posted a Photo Essay over in the Greek section that features Lambi rocks from Patmos, but nobody seems to care.

I am done. The Sssssssssss...

Mel, your food fotos are driving us nuts! They are sooo clear and so evocative that you can almost taste the various dishes.

I am done. The napkin.

Mel, this popped up on my Facebook page this morning....you know how I love Lake Sils

Not much snow for November

Sils Baselgia

Reminds me of the Wanaka tree!

Anyway, as we have a mutual FB friend, I’m guessing you can scroll through and view his posts if you want. He does lots of local walks and rides, and it’s interesting to see the changes through the seasons. And day to day of course, with a snowfall then melt, which is always a surprise to me. Because of course, if today it’s 10C and tomorrow 40C, it’s still going to look the same here.

Love the Lake Sils tree Adelaidean.

I've been through Sils many times, but have yet to stay for a thorough visit, although I certainly plan to.

Actually (low season), all restaurants at Ardez are closed.
But Scuol is only 9 minutes away (2 trains every hr).

We had that same problem in Ardez Adelaidean (I think there might only be 2-3 there anyway).

Let there be cake!

That's quite a picnic Nelson!

And the Charles Kuonen Suspension Bridge....probably the only way I'm going to see it is from photos.

.....and you slepped all this heavy pic nic stuff up to Meidpass, despite the fact that there are restaurants at Tignousa, Bella Tola Hut and Hotel Weisshorn, all only about 4 miles away?
