Anyone taken Le Shuttle?

Can anyone tell me if you are allowed to get on Le Shuttle fr. Folkstone to Calais as a foot passenger? And if so, any idea what the cost would be? Thanks.

I am afraid you cannot travel as a foot passenger on Le Shuttle. It is purely for car/coach travel. If you want to get to Calais as a foot passenger you would have to take the ferry from Dover. If you want ferry info. just type in cross channel ferries and you should find info... I do on Google!

Try www.eurotunnel.com for more info.
or www.leshuttle.com

You can travel via tunnel but I believe foot passengers have to depart from alternative location (Not Folkstone - A train station)

If you want to go by Eurostar without going all the way back to Waterloo, you can leave from Ashford in Kent. How you travel depends a lot on your point of departure. the website for Eurostar is: ww.eurostar.co.uk
