I'd never heard of it so checked the website. It is in an OK location -- Near Lambeth North tube station and easily walkable from Waterloo, the river,Eye, etc.
But it really doesn't look all that that cheap to me. Not terribly expensive -- I plugged in a couple of random July dates and got approx £85 a night for what looks like a very small room w/o a window and and w/o breakfast. Slightly more for a room w/ a window.
But not knowing your dates, you might be paying less - do you need a single or a double? You might want to look at some of the budget B&B hotels near Victoria Station.

This one is pretty basic -- but only runs £55-£65 for a single.

And this one is about £50 a night (some dates could be more) and less if you can share a bath.

There are also budget hotels in other areas -- near Kings Cross/the British Museum, Earls Court, Paddington/Bayswater, etc. But I'd personally prefer Victoria.

Try Londontown.com. I go a large double with a king sized bed for 85 GBP for November at Milenium Glouceter, right across from the Gloucestr Rd tube station. And there were some even less expnsive there but I really like that location
