I checked prices on various "broker" sites for a car rental on an upcoming trip and got some varied prices.

I was searching for info on the terminals at Heathrow and ended up on Britain Express site.
There is a link there to Car Rental Centre... it searches the various rental companies at the airport and gives you list of prices for each. The price evidently includes everything but fuel (as far as I can tell)

Includes Unlimited mileage, insurance, collision damage waiver (CDW), theft protection (TPI), all taxes, license fees, road tax, 24 hour breakdown, and airport location fees, and an extra driver"

The prices quoted were good...it almost seems too good to be true.

Has anyone rented through this company and what was your experience?

Uh - did you notice the word "most" there at the beginning. that seems to imply that the specifics are different depending on which company you get.

I would never rent from a company that says is "mostly" included things that I need in the price quoted.

CDW usually doesn't include the Excess (deductible)

Excess can vary a LOT from company to company, so make sure you are comparing like products.

Uh yes I did notice the word most. That's why I've asked the question - wanted to hear if anyone had had a bad or good experience.

They've now emailed me a quote that had slightly different wording than that on the site:

Your Rate Includes: Unlimited mileage, Full insurance, free extra driver, collision damage waiver (CDW), theft protection (TPI), road tax fees, 24 hour UK breakdown, and airport location fees if applicable

The suppliers they quoted are Europcar and Budget.

Thanks Janis for the reminder about the deductible. I need to email them back for more details about these rentals...
