Anyone Rent an Apartment with Parisstays.com
Hi,
I am planning a month-long trip to Paris in October. I'm very familar with the city (travel there twice a year - always stay at the Hotel Danube). This trip I'll be bringing my 3 and 4 year old along so I really need to rent an apartment for the month.
Does anyone have experience with parisstays.com? There rates seem pretty reasonable for monthly rentals. They recommended a few apartments (not my first choice, but its what they have available):
http://www.paristay.com/index.php?me...n&posi=VMS
http://www.paristay.com/index.php?me...n&posi=VMS
http://www.paristay.com/index.php?me...n&posi=VMS
I'm a long time lurker, and have found this site invaluable in helping me plan my travels. Thanks in advance for all your help.

Hi,
I am also travelling to Paris in September and have been dealing with Paristay. I have not yet signed a lease and was wondering if you were any further advanced with them. In the lease they sent me I am required to take out insurance within 48 hours of my arrival. This seems unusual to me.

I can't advise you on Paristays, but we used www.parisvacationapartments.com in June for over 2 weeks and I can't say enough good things about them. They are truly professionals. We rented the Palais Royal apartments which were exactly as described--wonderful. And, they are available to help you out on anything.
