On the first page, right upper corner, "english" version can be checked, or, on later pages , click on the left column at "international guests" for english.
Otherwise, can you be more specific about your starting and ending destinations?
Freizeit generally means free time/spare time/after hours in this context, and likely indicates some ?weekend special. "Ink. 1 Fahrrad" means 'includes one bike' (probably free rental).
Vorteils means advantage, again, probably some additional inclusions/bonus free with that purchase...
Try to find the specific english info!

I did some research and found out what the Vorteilsticket is - it's a discounted ticket for holders of a Vorteilscard, but I'm pretty sure you have to live in Austria to get one

And with some more research, I now know what the 1-PLUS-freizeitticket is too. It's like the Bavarian Bayern ticket - it's one ticket that will cover up to five people traveling together, which makes it cheaper the the standardticket even if there's only two of you. My friend and I are definitely going to use this when we take the train from Vienna to Salzburg

I don't think you must be an
Austrian to get a discount card. I got a senior card without any trouble. The description on the web page at the time said that anyone can have a senior discount card, if you bring a picture. I did, paid my fee, and got a temporary card follwed a few weeks later by my picture card. I used the temporary enough that I saved quite a bit of money.

I just looked at the Austrian rail website and at no place did I see a requirement that one be an Austrian citizen. There is a requirement for a photography and your passport to verify age.

You can write them in English. I found that many Austrians speak English with near native proficiency.

The website I read in english said something about needing an Austrian address to give them - I probably misunderstood - maybe a hotel counts? that must be for sending the card to. But i don't think it would be worth it for us anyways - we will only be in Austria for 6 days - I think for my friend and I, the 1-PLUS tickets give us about the same price, without having to fuss with a card
