Anyone have the address for Air France complaints?
The airlines web site was no help, so if any of you know where I can write or e-mail, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

I have an address in Paris: Air France, <BR>Customers Relations, B.P. 361, 75626 Paris Cedex, France. <BR>I hope this is still the right address. <BR>You may also be better off writing the US Air France office where your trip originated from.

<BR>Why not just pick up the telephone and call them? it may take a while to get through but their people are exceedingly helpful and can steer you to the right place for complaints.

In the USA, call AF at 1-800-237-2747, and when you get the menu listing, just press "0". "0" won't be one of the options on the recorded menu, but it works if you want to talk to a live person.
