Anyone have a Cotswold lodging suggestion

My husband and I will be staying in the Cotswolds for 3 nights. I would like something historic and interesting (wood beams or some sort of architectural interest to the building). We don't mind Bed and Breakfasts or Hotels/inns - but I'm looking for something that I can be excited to stay in for three nights :)

Any ideas?
Thanks!!!

I love Burford. This group has 2 places in Burford, the Lambs Inn and the Bay Tree. http://www.cotswold-inns-hotels.co.u..._inn/index.htm

Hard to give recommendations w/o knowing your budget.

Husband just said 200 euros a night is ok! Gotta love that decision :) He said - just do it right!

mollymm - I presume you mean 200 pounds per night but you can stay at something historic and interesting for less. We love the Eight Bells Inn in Chipping Campden and their food is top-notch with a nice bar. Lovely little town.

I did a T Chart on my favorites and narrowed down by pros and cons - we finally went with Bibury Court in Bibury. I think we will be very happy with that choice :)
Thanks again to everyone!

The Bibury Court is lovely and in a great location. Wonderful decision. I hope you have a fabulous trip.
