Anyone had any dealings with www.lakecomohomes.com

Just wanting to see if anyone has had anything to do with www.lakecomohomes.com as they are requiring full payment before arrival which makes me very nervous.

Given all of the parameters of this lengthy trip, I would be cautious about making full payments. I also recommend trip insurance.

I know but I'm not sure what else we can do they all seem to want full payment prior to arrival

I have no experience with this agency but frequently rent apartments in Europe and have always paid in full prior to arrival. It is quite common.

I have booked an apartment through them for May..they seem very professional, so here's hoping it all works out OK
