Anyone been to these Clare B&Bs

Has anyone stayed at any of these Co. Clare B&Bs- Eden Hill House, Gorteen Farmhouse, Waterman's Lodge, Lakeside, Deerfield House, Clondonagh House(donkey farm) or Shannon Cottage? I would be very grateful for feedback on any of these? We leave this Thursday & I'm having trouble deciding. I'm hoping to find a pretty location- farm type, rural place on a large property & my husband likes fancy ccomodations. Help! Thanks in advance to all!!

Annie-pie, There it is Waterman's Lodge in Killaloe. It is so very comfortable and as I said before, I love the little town and the scenery. Waterman's is one of the nicer places I've stayed in Ireland. I stayed in 2000. I'd love to go again. Good luck, Joan

You have a bit of a conflict with himself,
Annie.

We have dozens of B&B's in Clare on our website and we carry them all for free so I have no bias.

Take a look at the photos. They pretty much tell the story because all B&B's in Ireland, with very few exceptions, are clean.

Slan,
Jim

IrishJim, Most of us want to know about places Fodorites have stayed in. Not just a list. Michele Erdvig of IrelandYes stays in the places, also Karen Brown(not so up-to-date and Sawday.
