Any Wineries near Nice?
 

We are heading to Nice at the end of the month and would like to spend a day visiting wineries near Nice. Any help appreciated.

I'm not sure of the locations of all these places - - it seems likely to me that you will need to head at least an hour west back towards Aix-en-Provence - - but here's a useful list:

Of these, I think that http://www.winestree.com/en/domaines/gavoty.htm is the closest to Nice, but the site doesn't give any info on visitation or hours open to the public.

That's a tiny AOC but the closer to Nice one is the Chateau de Bellet.
Vin de Bellet is very expensive but you won't find it away from the Riviera's top restaurants. Their second estate is the Chateau de Crémat.
