Any sights from Paris to Versailles?

I know people have asked information about what trains to take, but I was wondering about the scenery - will the train from Paris to Versailles go through the countryside? Or will you still see mostly the city?

You won't see any interesting scenery. Versailles is in Paris subburbs, and it's a short trip.

The train trip is actually quite boring, use it to relax, talk, eat, or read up on Versailles.

All I remember seeing was grafitti and train tracks. Not very exciting....

If you want to see countryside and a palace ( chateau). The day trip to Fountainbleu combines both. This could also include the town of Barbizon. (famous for a school of painting)
