Any problem with cell phones charger in airports ?

Someone told my friend you can't pass the charger through the metal detectors because they broke and he asked me...I've never had a problem here in Spain. Any advice ? :)

Hello kenderina, I always have my cell phone charger in my carryon bag when it goes through the security exray and I have never had a problem. Have a happy week!

There is absolutely no problem in passing a cell phone charger through the airport X-ray. There is nothing in it that the X-ray will damage. The "someone" who told your friend was wrong. Good luck.
