Any one done a Horse riding tour in Ireland?

We are interested in some horse holidays in Ireland. You spend a week riding in the country, staying at farmhouses or B&Bs each night. Has any one done this? can you recommend a good one?<BR>PS sorry if this posts twice. It seemed to disappear.
