Any information on flood damage in Provence, please

We are going to Avignon and other towns in Provence in October. Please, post any information on any flood damages in the area! What areas we should avoid. Thank you.

Hi

Provence was not badly affected.
The Gard area of Languedoc was the main target.
In the valleys of the Gardon and Vidourle, there are still route diversions etc.
See some of the aftermath here : http://reunir30.free.fr/vidourlade_2002/vidourlade_2002.shtml

I was just in Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Arles and The Camargue last week and everything was beautiful; no signs of flooding whatsoever in these areas. Have a great trip!
