Any hotel to recommend in Barcelona?
 

Hi all, any recommendations for hotels in Barcelona which is near tourist attractions or the happening part of the city?

I will be going to Spain in January 2009. Any highlights on the weather?

Do you have a budget in mind? It would help.

We've stayed in Banys Orientals for 100€/night or you can spend 130€ for their suite which looks great!
We found its position absolutely marvelous and i wouldn't hesitate staying there again. (although i have to say that normal rooms are pretty small).

We liked the Hotel Lleo; in 2005, we paid 105 Euro. It was very conveniently located, the rooms were large, the bathrooms were modern, and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
